I have been involved with flavor creation for about eight years now. I have spent my entire career at McCormick & Company in Maryland. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my new fiancée, Rebecca. I also love singing and playing guitar in my band. Another passion of mine is keeping and breeding exotic reptiles and amphibians. I look forward to many years of association with the SFC. |

grew up in the Bronx, NY. I graduated from the Bronx HS of Science.
I earned a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University and a MS from
Polytechnic University. I began my career at Seagram in the Product Development Group in 1985. I joined the Flavor Technology Group in 1998. I initially learned about flavors through duplication and cost reduction projects. My creative flavor training was under Jerry DiGenova. My husband, 5-year-old son and I live in North Salem, NY. When I am not at work I teach at Sunday school, sing in a choir, do some gardening, and go swimming, ice-skating, or bicycling with my family. |

In 1987 I joined
the David Michael team, starting in the sample lab and moving to R&D
after two years. For the past five years, I have been in the flavor
chemist training program under direct supervision of George Ennis. Born and raised degree in Philadelphia. I am the youngest of three daughters and have three grown daughters of my own. Deena, Amy and Natalie are my beautiful, loving, giving, caring, intelligent, successful daughters who helped make me who I am today. I swim and power walk to stay fit. I enjoy hiking, cooking, entertaining friends and dancing in my spare time. |

I am currently working for Mane Inc at Oakland, California location. I have been with Mane for more than 9 years, working on a variety of flavor developments as well as flavor applications. I originally come from China with BS degree in food science. I obtained my MS degree also in food science from Oregon State University in 1991. I have a son and expecting a daughter in mid October of 2002. I enjoy movies, basketball, table tennis and travel. |
