NEW MEMBERS AND UPGRADES

I
am currently employed by Takasago where I have been working for the
last four years. During this time I have been working with Bernie
Rutkowsky, as well as Ladonna Wolfe. Between the two I have been exposed
to a variety of flavors, and flavor applications. My start in the industry was with Bush Boake Allen, where I worked for a year and a half with Eileen Brady. I have lived in Hackensack, NJ for the past four years with my wife and two year old son. I have a B.S. in Biology from Wiliiam Paterson University. I enjoy tennis, mountain biking, movies, music, and chasing after my two year old. |

I graduated from the State University at Farmingdale in 1993
with a degree in Food and Nutrition. In 1995 I joined Comax Manufacturing Corp. were I studied under Agneta Weisz as a flavor chemist trainee. In 1997 I joined Virginia Dare and I am presently working under Don Marmo. I enjoy skiing, racquetball and working on home improvements with my husband. |
