COOKING CORNER

MINDY'S CHILLI

  • 1 LB Ground Round
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 10oz-can Tomato Soup
  • 1 28oz-can Tomatoes cut up
  • 1 15oz-can kidney beans- drained
  • Chili powder about 2 Tablespoons
  • Granulated Garlic 8oz
  • Elbow noodles - cooked

Brown meat and onions. Add chili powder and garlic and stir to coat. Add tomato soup , tomatoes and kidney beans and cook covered on low about 1 hour.
At the end add cooked noodles and serve with your favorite topping: Cheese, Onion, Sour Cream
