Kraft Foods
I was born in Trinidad (West Indies) and lived there until the age of 21.
Upon arriving to the United States, I enrolled in University of Florida followed by University of Illinois to complete a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in food Science.
My first experience in the flavor industry came through Weber Flavors. There, a passion was sparked, from the realization that flavor creation is a unique and elite profession requiring skills in blending art and science. Weber enabled to lay a strong foundation through the guidance of Bill Igou.
My continuing experience at Kraft Foods, under Susie Sadural, further refined my creative skills and enriched my knowledge about flavor/base interaction.
My hobbies include meditation, martial arts, and snow boarding.
