When The Society of Flavor Chemists started the Flavor
Library in 1999, we were very pleased to make an agreement with the Monell
Chemical Senses Center in Philadelphia to house the Flavor Library at
their facility.
The Monell Chemical
Senses Center was established in 1968 and is the world's first and
foremost scientific center for multi-disciplinary research on the senses
of taste, smell, and chemical irritation.
