In 1999, Mr. Earl Merwin, a charter member of the
Society of Flavor Chemists, donated his private collection of flavor
reference materials. This single, generous donation laid the foundation
for establishing The Society of Flavor Chemists Library.
Our collection has been growing since 1999. Your
donation will ensure that the library will be a vibrant resource for
generations.

How to donate:
- Review the current collection at:
The Library Collection,
then to The
Library Master List
- Trade and company magazines are
listed by year, volume number, and issue.
- All publications in the Master List
are alphabetized by title, with author(s),
call number, publisher, date published, donation information, and
comments.
- Donate missing publications or your collection:
- Each item is affixed with an Ex
Libris identifying the person(s) or organization who made the
donation and when the donation was made to The Society.
- Contact a member of the library committee by
using the link.

Society will be used for the loan library.
