The Library Collection
   
  The "Master List of the Library" is a collection of books and other publications related to flavors, flavoring ingredients and the flavor industry.  At the present time, there are 400 publications entered.

The list is in a "pdf" format, protecting the Master List from being altered.  Only a designated member of the Library Committee can make revisions and updates.

Alphabetized by title, the Master List is in the following column format: Title, Author, Call Number, Publisher and Date, Person or source of donation, and Comments.
